We have two small cottages on our farm that we list on both Airbnb & Riparide and we are looking for a reliable cleaner that can facilitate on average about 3 cleans a week - more during the summer. We are busy all year round so work will be consistent every month. Cleaning generally takes between one and two hours depending on the cottage, often there are times both will need cleaning when the check out is on the same day - ie a Monday after two weekend stays. My wife and I would like a regular date night to go out together for dinner /movie etc. Approx 7pm start for 3 hours. Days to be agreed (Fridays most likely). We have two young daughters: 3yo and 1yo, who will be sleeping. We need a responsible person who can clean and tidy while we are out, and can manage the children if they wake, and call us if they need us. Cleaning will vary and might involve putting away all toys, loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning kitchen, clean shower/bathroom, sweep/mop floors, hang and fold laundry.

We require someone to clean a residential 3 bedroom property in Dromana. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning two bathrooms, wiping down kitchen, and assisting with change over linen. We prefer someone that we could use as part of an ongoing basis going forward and hence would be easier for someone that is local or on the peninsula. Must be able to complete this clean on Sunday 30 Jan 2022 from 1030 am to 1pm. Rate is for 3 hours If further time is required than this will be paid for at the same hourly rate as first 3 hours. Guests will have stayed for 2 days since previous clean.
