Looking for help to organise, declutter & make our house feel like home Hi, I’m looking for someone kind, patient and understanding to help me get my home organised and set up. I’m a full time mum of 3 young boys. I have ADHD, autism, and borderline personality disorder, and both of my older boys are also neurodivergent. My youngest is only 18 months old, and I’ve been really struggling to keep on top of everything. I moved into my new home at the end of March after being homeless for 2 years after leaving a violent situation. This house means so much to us, and I’m trying my hardest to make it a safe, warm and peaceful home for my kids, but I’m feeling overwhelmed and I really need some support. I have 3 bedrooms, but at the moment all of my kids are sleeping in my room because their rooms aren’t set up yet. One room is currently full of our belongings and is meant to be my 5 year old’s bedroom. I just want my boys to have their own spaces and somewhere they feel comfortable and happy. I’m looking for help with things like: Sorting and folding clothes Organising wardrobes and drawers Decluttering and sorting through belongings Setting up kids rooms Setting up a bed Rearranging furniture Creating a calm, functional home It’s hard for me to ask for help, but I’ve reached a point where I know I can’t do this alone. My kids deserve the best, and I’m doing everything I can. I just need someone to help me get started and create a home we can feel proud of. Looking for someone compassionate, non judgemental and happy to work with me ❤️ it will be a decent amount of work, i am happy to work out a price once you have seen the stuff that needs to be done i don’t have much funds as i am only on a carers payment caring for my children with disabilities fulltime, also i am willing to have this done over a weekend or something, even if i have to stay somewhere else with my children while it gets done.. Ongoing Airbnb change over cleans a 4 bed 1 bath home in Rosebud. 2- 4 cleans per week. Can use existing washer and dryer for linen in the change over. Ideally looking for $80 per clean using onsite washer dryer or $100 per clean for linens done offsite. My late father's motor home has been in storage for years and needs a deep clean for sale. It is still at the storage yard. This will need to include rubbish removal too - the Rye tip is a 5 minute drive away. Please include in your offer. I will post honest photos, it is very dirty. I need two storage areas from underneath a house cleared of approximately 30 boxes, household appliances and gardening equipment. We can dispose of the items ourselves, but need someone to do the leg (or back) work and pull the stuff out as I have a dodgy back and the overhead clearance in the space is only about 1.5m. I just need someone to get the stuff out and move it to the deck space above the storage. Probably a couple of hours of work in it. Dust mask and overalls recommended. I moved into this home a year ago after I lost my home to fire.. Unfortunate due to emotional and physical trauma and severe spinal pain (disability) I have been unable to unpack my room and it’s collecting dust and junk. There are a few boxes (large and small) and a couple of tubs full of clothes, decor, ornaments and basic items that need to be sorted properly, organised and put away- I will buy some storage drawers for them and I have two chest of drawers for my clothes, anything that doesn’t fit will be put into storage. I’m sure you can imagine my room needs to be decluttered as it’s been a year of sitting in my room untouched. I can provide pictures or a video to show the extent.. I’m flexible with when it’s done but I’m pregnant and do want it done within the next 4-6 weeks. - Due date: Flexible

Need a cleaner for 1-2 hours work for a bathroom and a kitchen (including oven) as moving out and need to clean before we depart. Have to return keys Friday so Frday morning latest the work can be done. Thursday is fine or tmor afternoon possible. Please quote for 90 minutes of work. If it takes you less time, we will pay you the same amount. If it takes 2 hours (maximum) we will pay you for the extra half hour on the day. Also, there might be 30-60 mins of basic garden work - sweeping, small weeds etc. If you would be happy to do that also, let us know. No problem if you don't.
