Find a professional decluttering expert in Sydney

Would like to have someone helping me to declutter my home. I have ADHD so I have trouble doing this myself. The apartment is very cluttered and I have a lot of clothes and shoes and I don’t know where to put them as they’re lying on the floor.

I need help whipping my space into shape. I wasn’t in a good mental space for a while and that reflected in my environment. Am starting to come out of it now but I need a second pair of hands/eyes/brain to help me finish this with efficiency. I need someone who will look at the picture and know what to do without me instructing you or coming up with a plan for you. Because I already suck on my own as is, I need a whole new separate input that isn’t mine lol. I really don’t care about how the clean/organising is done, if you think it needs work, do it. We’re also going to throw out heaps of crap bc my collecting tendencies became my coping mechanism during this time lmao. I’m not married to any of it, we’re gutting this place. I FINALLY AM IN THIS MOOD TO LET IT ALL GO (after watching a couple episodes of Hoarders and embracing the sentiments of the Minimalist doco). Anyways, pretty much, I need you to be that good friend who can keep it real with me and see past my cluttery thinking and just help me see clearly in this space again. There isn’t a huge amount of things to do bc I’ve already started and been doing this for the last month now. My arms are just tired and the owners are coming at any moment now. TLDR; The main goals are - Deep cleaning floors and walls, skirting boards/corner crevices type vibe with mop/steam cleaner/wet vac/good wipe down of the walls - Uncluttering my piles of junk that will be simply throw out pile or placed into its home in the house (I have a Ute atm and we can just chuck all that into it then I’ll figure out that part after. Just want it at least out of the house) - Keep me on task every hour to remind me to gst through my 8 baskets of laundry. I think you get the gist maybe. It’s hard to list when I’m needing your advice on tackling this. But if it’s just you, then I’d say maybe 5-6 hrs of work?? Am flexible. We have moved in with our Grandfather who needs constant care, with this the house is very cluttered and have a very large room downstairs that is being used for storage but has gotten out of hand. I am sick and have all the symptoms of covid-19. So I am unable to get involved during the task. You need to wear a mask for your protection. If you feel uncomfortable because I'll be sneezing a lot, I can wait in my car till you're done with the tasks. We can communicate via whatsapp if you have any questions while doing the tasks. 1. Collect garbage from bedroom, kitchen, living, and balcony. 2. Vacuum and mop the entire apartment including the balcony. 3. Wipe the plant stand (just the base) and organize the plants (please be extremely careful with my plants). 4. Clear the dining table: sort/filter/move/declutter and organize things that are on the dining table and then wipe it clean and sanitize. 5. Clear the kitchen countertop: sort/filter/move/declutter and organise things from the kitchen countertop and then wipe it clean and sanitize. 6. Clean the kitchen sink. 7. Clear the sideboard/buffet table: sort/filter/move/declutter and organize things that are on the table and then wipe the table clean and sanitize. 8. Organise all my shoes: put them in boxes and store them in the closet. 9. Insert mattress protector/fitted sheet into the mattress and then make the bed. 10. Cupboard under the kitchen sink: Sanitize and wipe it clean. 11. Store and organize plant products and other items inside the cupboard under the kitchen sink. 12. Get rid of cardboard boxes (move them to the recycling bin). 13. Dressing/makeup table: sanitize/wipe clean items (not makeup brushes) and the table, wipe it clean and organise. Prefer either an NDIS type worker or a non judgemental type(not on NDIS but need a patient person/people) I need to get rid of a few bits of furniture, maybe hang pictures (need hooks rental please) rearrange home, maybe get rid of clothes and or bookshelf due to cramped feeling. If you know a cleaner for after our tornado we culd book them or clean as we go. We are a family of busy professionals with 2 kiddos and never get a chance to tidy up. so we need assistance organising the kids toys as they took over the living room.
