I need organising the wardrobe

Looking for someone who can help with odd jobs when setting up an apartment for short stay accommodation in the CBD. Main duties for the day would be: - Helping carry beds and mattress (Mix between queens and king single, none are heavy and we have dollies) - Assembling some Flat pack/ Koala furniture - Breaking down boxes and rubbish and taking down to the recycling level - Basic odd jobs like changing downlights etc, going to the lobby and accepting deliveries, hanging art etc. Essentially I'm just looking for a second pair of hands for the day. Nothing too difficult. We do regular apartment set-ups and have a large portfolio of existing apartments so repeat work may be available. I can also provide parking in the apartment building for the day.

Looking for someone to take this job some times once or twice a week in Nov and Dec, transporting new clean and dirty linen between linen storage units 1.5km between each other. There is a few parts to the job. 1. Unpacking all the linen that's arrived in tubs in our main storage at Fort Know west Melbourne and putting that linen on shelves for cleaners. 2. Taking a weeks worth of linen for 16 properties from that store room to another store room inside one of our building we operate in at 38 rose lane and then putting that linen on the shelves. There is a car lift to get access so car or van needs to not be too big as the car lift can hold max 4000kg and has height restrictions of 2m. 3. Take about a weeks worth of dirty linen (20 bags) from the 16 properties from our storage cage and drop in the tubs at our main storage unit at Fort Knox
