I need a lawyer

$500

Tapping WA 6065, Australia

5th Oct 2025

I need a lawyer to provide advice, and possible representation, on the next steps. No fake lawyers please. For the last 30 years I have been targeted, with many false complaints, originating from my de facto separated girlfriend (Crazy X). We split in year 2000. She claims to have two daughters to me, however there is no DNA. I paid child support in full, because I am nice and no one else would pay. There is now no outstanding child support. The false targeting has ruined my career. I have tried to be a lawyer, engineer and accountant. The false complaints were used to defame and discredit me. I have five degrees. My qualifications are LLM ANU, GDLP ANU, JD Murd, MBA(Adv) UWA and BE(Elec & Electron)(Hons) UWA There are two main characters. (*)CrazyX - We split in the year 2000, never married. (*)FakePI - Fake private investigator. Please see short attached chronology summary. I have been continuously targeted with false complaints. Complaints designed to destroy my career and relationship with my children. The latest defeated charge is aggravated stalking. Although I am reluctant to exacerbate matters. I would like to investigate the next steps in order to discourage future false complaints. NEXT STEPS -Actions against the police, false arrest, malicious prosecution, negligence, human rights breaches, defamation. -Actions against CrazyX, defamation, assault. -Actions against the FakePI, breach contract, defamation. -Whether pursuit of a law licence is still possible. -Other actions. Ryan Upton LLM ANU, GDLP ANU, JD Murd, MBA(Adv) UWA, BE(Elec & Electron)(Hons) UWA
