Lay new buffalo sapphire turf to 40m2 of dead lawn including quality under turf and fertiliser. Top up and compress soil and lay new turf to 3m2 of turf where level had dropped to expose foundations. Aerate and topsoil to 60m2 of existing lawn. Needs to be done week of 9-12 October so I can keep my dog off new turf!
