Front of house only. Weeding of driveway and grass. Mow of lawn and general care/tidy up to make it look nice. Going to have it done once a month

I normally mow myself but have let get out of hand. Longest lawn is about 30cm. Need someone willing to NOT step on the retic (I can point these out to you) and is willing to accept that I WON'T be picking up dog poo prior (I don't expect you to pick up - mow over those landmines!) I want someone willing to use a catcher on my mower - I have 2 green bins you can use. Entire area to be mowed (see photos) whilst we are home - prefer someone who has mowed lawns before... I have a 4 stroke mower you can use but you need to provide the fuel (standard ULP) Job to only be completed after 3:30pm weekdays as this is the only time I can guarantee one of us is home to secure the dogs. Weekend hours can be negotiated. Early morning not preferred as the lawn is wet and this is not ideal to mowing.
