Rotary hoe existing turf 100m2 in prep for new turf and take away waste turf. Dig trench 25m long 600mm deep. I will assist with collecting old turf. Existing turf not growing due to tree roots from neighbouring mock orange hence trench for root barrier. Trench digger may encounter roots approx 5mm thick in ground. - Due date: Flexible

I need a 6m trench dug out (ground is hard) for a long flowerbed. Will most likely need a small digger of some sort. Similar to pic attached but on the other side. We want to plant hedges - Due date: Flexible

I have a pile of drainage gravel at the front of my house that I require someone to relocate to a trench at the rear side of the house. See images which show the path to take and also which areas to fill at the side of the house I will supply a shovel and 200L wheelbarrow but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Approx 2-3 cubic meters. Due date: Not in a rush so it’s flexible

Three jobs: 1. 70 metres of garden edging using spade/shovel to create sharp and deep edge. Soil will be hard in some areas 2. Shoveling of mulch - assistance with shoveling of 3m of mulch and wheelbarrowing to back yard (distance of approx 30m, no hills). I can spread the mulch if you can shovel and wheelbarrow 3. Filling trench - measures 8m long x 500 wide x 300 deep. Fill is mostly on site however I will bring in about 1/2 cubic metre that will need to be barrowed approx ten metres to trench site. Onsite soil is compacted and will need to be broken up with pincing iron. I can provide shovel/spade, wheelbarrow and pincing iron.

Need about half a square metre of dirt moved under the house to give me a bit of head hight in the workshop. I’ve done about half and it picks out easy enough I’ve just got heaps on with the rest of the house and I’m time poor at the moment. I’ve just had an excavator cut about 150 sqm of of my strip. I need someone fit. Good with a shovel to clean up edges around gutter and driveway. Digging a couple of holes and a trench. Irrigation pipe was replaced but the soil has compacted and it has now left a trench along the oval. This compacted trench now needs to be filled in and made level with surrounding ground. It is approximately 140 m in length total (both along length of oval and across half width), 40 cm wide, 5-10 cm deep. We estimate that 4 cubic metres of good quality soil are required to be purchased and delivered and then moved by hand along length of trench. Soil must be delivered to edge of oval and moved by hand and wheelbarrow - no machinery can access onto oval. Image is attached showing location of trench along length of oval and half width. Another image shows the current condition of the trench (now with grass growing in it) that requires soil to make it level with the surrounding ground. Soil must be somewhat compacted after placing in trench (not left loose) so it remains level with surrounding ground and does not compact further. Soil must be proper soil from landscaping supplier - "fill" must not be used. No turf needs to be placed on top. You need to supply soil, move by hand/wheelbarrow and fill the entire trench so that it is level with surrounding ground. The business i am working for has a required to engage with a proffessional that can provide the following services based around playgrounds and childcare centres- Level and remove any contanimated soils , level up ground as per drawings, put down road base, auger post holes, build retaining walls. if you have the experience laying artificial turf and softfall rubber flooring would be advantageous.

Require someone to finish trenching roughly 15m. Ground is medium hard, with a pick isn’t bad at all. Already trenched to roughly 300, required to be trenched to 500-600 completely. Back filling required to half depth only. I’d say job would take 1-2 hours max. Ready to go

Looking for someone to finish digging a, approx 12m (l) x 0.2m (w) x 0.30m (d) trench. Currently half dug out as pictured. Need it to fall to the far end. Then carry/lay gravel over an agg pipe that will be laid in there. $20/hr or negotiable on a fixed price. Must be strong and fit and able to walk up and down stairs carrying buckets of gravel. Making the most of the opportunity to put additional drainage in while the soil is soft.
