ive got ~17 metres of back fence that has fallen down, I have removed all of the old fence but would like a quote on a new fence to be installed and there will need to be a retaining wall as part of our yard where the fence should go is about 300mm high. I would like either good neighbour or post and rail. There are a few small tree roots that are close to where it seems the boundary was and a couple of small bits of asbestos I just noticed (pulled a piece out by hand and should be able to get the rest just pulled out) I've attached some pictures and the fence is located at back of property. Excavator would be hard to get in as we have another retaining wall about a metre prior
