Looking for someone to chainsaw this stump from a clump of golden cane palms as close to the ground as possible. I am happy to dispose of the waste. I will then poison the roots but want it as flat as possible.

A large tree branch has fallen from the park over my fence and into the garden and is resting on my wooden fence. I just need the tree branch cut at the fence line to stop the pressure on my fence and then chopped up and stacked on my property for the council to remove. A chainsaw will be needed.
