My fianceé and I are looking for someone responsible to bartend our wedding. We will pick up drinks, bring them to the venue, and get them set up - we just need someone to be responsible for serving them on the night, from 6-9pm. We will have a very limited selection of alcoholic drinks - some beers, some ciders, and a couple of wines. Most importantly, we want someone who is willing to enforce a 3 drink per person cap. Neither of us drink alcohol, and we would like to keep our wedding as low-alcohol as possible. We will provide a guest list with photos so you can keep track of who has ordered how many. Price is somewhat negotiable.

We are hosting a small wedding celebration at our home in Thomastown and are looking for 2 reliable, friendly and professional helpers to assist with food and drinks service, as well as general clean up. Event details: Date: Saturday 4th October 2025 Time: 12:30pm – 4:30pm Guests: Approx. 70 guests Duties include: - Serving food and drinks to guests (we will also have a self-serve food truck catering from 1pm–4pm, afternoon tea with wedding cake/slices from 3:30pm). - Assisting with tea/coffee service (note, we have a Breville coffee machine to make lattes). - Clearing plates, cups and rubbish. - Light kitchen duties (stacking dishwasher, tidying food areas). - General clean up during and after the event to keep things running smoothly. Requirements: - Experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred. - Friendly, well-presented and able to interact with guests politely. - Punctual and reliable. Location: Thomastown, Melbourne Payment: Please provide your rate (per person). Note, our budget set in the task is for two people. This will be a relaxed, friendly afternoon wedding, and we’d love some helping hands to make sure everything runs smoothly so we can focus on celebrating with our guests.
