I require a thorough and reliable person to attend a rental inspection at 3/72 WIllow Avenue Glen Waverley on 9 May at 3.30pm (for approx 15mins). As I am currently interstate, you will be my eyes and ears. These are my key requirements: (a) The Property Walkthrough: Provide a high-definition video of the entire interior. Test the water pressure, flush toilets, and check that all windows/doors lock and have blinds (VIC Minimum Standards). Look out for visible signs of mould / dampness. (b) The Sensory Check: Note any smells (damp, smoke, pets) and listen for internal noise (creaky floors, thin walls). (c) The Perimeter Walk: Please arrive 5 mins early & walk the full length of the driveway and the immediate road (50m in both directions). Comment on the level of the traffic and if the driveway is excessively steep or difficult to navigate. (d) Renovation Check: Check the immediate neighbors on all sides. Are there any active construction sites, major renovations, or 'Coming Soon' development signs nearby? I would like a 3 to 5-minute video call (FaceTime / WhatsApp) while you are on-site. All photos/videos must be sent immediately following the inspection via a shared google drive or any suitable alternative.

I’m looking for someone local in Whyalla to do a quick external and visual inspection of a residential property. This is NOT a formal building inspection — just a practical condition check with photos so I can assess whether to proceed with purchase. Preference: Bonus if you have property, building, or maintenance experience (e.g. tradie, property manager, handyman, builder, etc.), as I’m looking for practical insight — not just photos. The property address will be provided to the preferred person once selected. Property Tasks: 1. Attend property and take clear photos of: o Front, sides, and rear of house o Roofline (from ground) o Windows and doors o Yard condition 2. Check for obvious external issues: o Broken windows or boarded areas o Signs of vandalism or stripping (missing fixtures, meters, etc.) o Structural concerns (visible sagging, movement) o General maintenance level 3.
