REPOSTING DUE TO TASKER UNDERQUOTING AND TRYING TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY. We need a complete landscape design and planting plan for our recently completed new home. This is not for council approval or permits. It is purely a practical landscaping plan that can be used by contractors to build from. The property is currently a bare site with nothing to remove or demolish. The plan should be clear, practical, and easy to follow, with dimensions, levels where required, and enough detail that multiple landscapers can accurately quote from it. The plan should include: * Overall landscape layout. * Planting plan, including plant species and locations. * Turf areas. * Garden bed design and edging. * Paving and pathways. * Driveway integration. * Retaining walls (if required). * Drainage recommendations. * Irrigation layout (preferred). * Lighting layout. * Pool surrounds and integration. * Fence and screening recommendations. * Outdoor entertaining areas. * Material recommendations and finishes. * Suggested colour palette. * Any ideas to maximise street appeal while keeping the design practical and low maintenance. We’re looking for a reliable cleaner located near Clyde North to assist with a short-term rental property at Heather Grove The main task is a thorough clean of the outdoor balcony areas, including removal of bird droppings from the floors, glass balustrades, furniture and surrounding surfaces. As this is an outdoor area, birds and weather can affect it between regular cleans. We would also appreciate a few general cleaning touch-ups inside the property, including: Wiping down the coffee machine, rangehood and kitchen items Please bring the appropriate cleaning products and equipment, particularly for safely removing and disinfecting bird droppings. Before-and-after photos will be required once the work is completed. Our regular cleaner will be unavailable for the next couple of weeks, so we are hoping to find someone local, responsive and detail-oriented who may also be available for future call-outs and ongoing cleaning work.
