I’m looking for a reliable person to inspect properties (both existing and newly acquired) in Brisbane CBD and provide a clear written report with photos and videos. Your tasks: • Walk through every room (living, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, utility areas) and check all fittings (doors, windows, cabinetry, walls, ceilings, floors, skirting, joinery). • Take clear, well-lit photos and video walkthroughs of all areas. • Note any issues such as scratches, stains, cracks, chips, leaks, misaligned fittings, or other damage/defects. • Pay attention to both small details (paint chips, grout cracks, trim issues) and bigger defects (water stains, tiling, window/door problems). • Write a report listing all issues with photos/videos attached or referenced. If possible, mention whether problems are cosmetic or could lead to future issues. • Deliver the report within 1–3 days after inspection. What I’m looking for: • Experience in property or building inspections, or strong photo/video documentation skills. • A good quality phone/camera for photos and videos. • Someone reliable, punctual, and with good communication. • Able to give feedback on both the property condition and the location suitability.
