What to do: - Take a slow, clear video walking through the entire property (inside and outside). - Show every room, hallway, bathroom, kitchen, yard, and front/back of property. - Walk slowly so details are visible. Take clear photos of: - Each room (wide shot + close-up of any damage or wear) - Front of the property and street view - Backyard or outdoor area Requirements: - Reliable phone with good camera quality - Able to follow simple directions - Respectful and trustworthy (this might involve meeting an agent or using a code lockbox) - Estimated time: 15–10 minutes on site
