Style and Tone: · Professional yet approachable – conveying trust, expertise, and client focus. · Clean, contemporary aesthetic · Natural lighting where possible, with soft, flattering tones. Locations: Within the the firm’s offices, utilising various spaces such as: · Reception / lobby area · Meeting rooms · Informal breakout areas · Workstations or open-plan office spaces. Deliverables: · Final retouched high res images (both portrait/landscape and colour and black and white formats). · Web optimised versions for digital use.

Hi there! I’m looking for someone who can add a small logo (supplied as image - see attached) to 8 golf towels. The logo is a simple circular design — solid colours, not fine detail. About 50mm diameter. Prefer embroidery but open to heat-press vinyl, or high-quality print — whichever you normally do. I can provide all towels and the logo file in whatever format needed. Ideally, I need to have them ready before November 7 (for a golf trip). I’m in Balwyn North, happy to drop off/pick up locally or post items if needed. I need a scaled floor plan and site plan prepared for a small commercial shop expansion in Nedlands. The drawings will be used for a Development Application with the City of Nedlands Council. What I need: • Existing floor plan (based on photos/measurements I provide). • Proposed floor plan (showing new layout of kitchen + shopfront). • Site plan (showing shop in relation to property boundaries and parking). • Scaled and labelled in a format acceptable for council lodgement (PDF or DWG). • Bonus if you can also prepare elevations (shopfront signage, façade changes). Requirements: • Experience with architectural drafting / town planning drawings. • Must provide accurate, to-scale drawings suitable for council submission.
