WhatsApp Support (Text-Only): Handle day-to-day customer text inquiries regarding orders and deliveries. Email Management: Keep our customer support inbox organized, responding to general inquiries in a timely manner. Spreadsheet Management (No Stripe Access Required): You will read customer emails/texts and update our Google Sheet. You can update customer addresses directly. For bigger actions (pausing, adding items, removing items, or cancelling), you will simply write "Pause", "Add [Item]", or "Cancel" in the sheet's Notes column for the business owner to process. Escalation & Training: For the first few weeks/months, we want you to forward anything related to cancellations, refunds, pauses, or edits directly to the owner. We are very happy to teach you and walk through processes together! Never guess—if you are unsure or see an urgent issue/phone call, just flag it. What I'm Looking For: Excellent written English and genuine attention to detail — a lot of this job is correctly interpreting messy, one-off customer notes, not just answering FAQs. Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and updating customer notes accurately. Reliable and communicative — able to flag things you're unsure about and eager to learn.

YouTube Growth Specialist. 4-Week Sprint We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands YouTube growth to help launch and grow the channel for our new Australian documentary series, The Cocoon. We’ve just launched the channel and are starting from scratch. We already have a professional production team and editor creating sizzle reels, Shorts and other content, so no video editing is required. We need someone who knows how to take great content and get people to find it, watch it and subscribe. We have an exciting deadline. The Cocoon is due to receive significant national TV exposure in late October, so we have around 4 weeks to build momentum and make sure the channel is ready. We need help with: • Optimising the YouTube channel • Creating a 4-week growth and posting strategy • Advising our editor on what Shorts/content to create • Titles, descriptions, keywords and YouTube SEO • Thumbnail strategy • Uploading/scheduling content • Strategy to maximise our upcoming TV exposure • Reviewing analytics and adjusting what's working You will need to have experience growing YouTube channels from a small audience and can show examples/results.
