This would include the original subdivision, any photos, list of old residents, etc. You can source the info from public databases, local history at the library, etc. If there are docs that are available at a cost, you only need to provide me with the info, and I will buy. The rest I just need the info, and a list of sources. It doesn't need to be an academic report, it can just be a word file, with the info and links.
