I am a self represented litigant The matter is in the WA District Court I am suing my university for breach of contract, negligence and defamation. Commercial Lawyer Required – Urgent Property Delivery Dispute We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to urgently assist our company with a property delivery dispute involving our delivery driver, a subcontractor, and company-owned property. We also require ongoing legal advice in relation to this matter. Scope of Work 1. Formal Letter to Subcontractor • Prepare and issue a formal legal letter to the subcontractor currently in possession of our company property. • Inform the subcontractor that police are now involved and the matter is under investigation. • Demand immediate cooperation to resolve the dispute. • Require written confirmation that the property is undamaged, supported by evidence (photos and/or videos if applicable). • Request a professional, itemised invoice that aligns with the original agreement and reflects reasonable and lawful pricing. • Formally notify the subcontractor that our company will collect the property from the current location he has identified, and that no further delivery services are required or authorised. 2. Formal Letter to Original Delivery Driver • Prepare and issue a formal legal letter to our original delivery driver who transferred our company property to a subcontractor without proper authorisation. • Demand a refund of the initial deposit paid due to breach of the delivery agreement. • Formally notify him that he will be held responsible if the property is damaged, withheld, or not returned, including potential liability for resulting losses and legal consequences. Additional Notes • Police have already been contacted and advised that this matter may involve criminal elements and that legal representation should be sought. • All documentation, invoices, screenshots, and relevant records will be provided. • We require a lawyer who can act promptly, communicate clearly, provide legal advice on this matter, and issue a professional invoice for services rendered.

Have a little flex on budget also 1. I need a qualified lawyer in Australia - this is a must and I need to see evidence of your professional qualification as a lawyer- also ok if you are an older person who was a former qualified lawyer in retirement or semi retirement willing to assist me as a self represented by assisting in the amended SOC that has Australian legal experience as a solicitor 2. The job is to amend an amended statment of claim that I’ve had legal help in repeatedly rewriting, that the defendant still say is not defendable- this law firm has a history of trying to strike out on technicality and procedure- so I recognise the Amended statement of claim will always get their objection- it just needs to show the judge it’s sound. 3. It is a statement of claim for negligence, breach of contract and defamation- the defamation section is completed and received no objections - but the breach of contract and negligence section needs to be slightly amended(it’s 95% there)- where there is some paragraphs that have multiple facts in it or a mix of fact and evidence 4. The original SOC was 25 pages- that when amended to include the particulars asked for by the defendant went to 68 pages and now the defendants lawyers are arguing that fact and evidence are being combined- that is deficient in pleadings and cannot be defended I’d like to be able to get a qualified lawyer to help me I can provide the 68 page ASOC and a cause of action matrix and timelines to simplify the task Note the large majority of the 68 pages is the defamation section which is completed. The defendant lawyer is nitpicking on procedure and technicals as a means to try strikeout the progression of the case. 3 hours to read documents- and highlight any concerns in draft 2 hours to then identify paragraphs that need rewriting- 6 hours to rewrite some paragraphs - ensuring good linkage of the fact- to duty required - to the breach- to why that is negligence/ breach of contract.

I need a senior commercial lawyer who is tough, confident and experienced in high-pressure negotiation and recovery work. This is not a simple letter job. I want someone who understands leverage, reputational pressure and fast outcomes. Background: I entered into an agreement to participate in an option deal on a development site. • I was to provide the $190,000 option deposit • I was to cover development costs (approx $700k) • I paid $33,000 toward DA fees • In return I had first right to purchase at valuation once the DA was complete Later they asked to renegotiate so they could remain involved. The agreement has been breached and I now want my funds returned.
