I am looking for someone who can help in putting an application with Legal commissioner against the other party/Ex partner’s lawyer and also against my lawyer and barrister. There be two applications i believe.The other party’s lawyer is in sydney however our matter ran in Melbourne.My lawyer who i have fired is in Melbourne. I want to submit an effective application against their conduct with reference to the email proof i have so when the legal commissioner lawyer ask me evidence,i can provide those relevant evidence ready to sent to them so emails evidence might need to be organised and saved according,I have One drive which i can share as well . During the trial,the other side raised some concerns which were not true but I could not think properly and couldn’t respond as they were raised all of the sudden for me in front of judge. My barrister and lawyer had received those emails in advance which they didn’t discuss or emailed me.They acted like in surprise too when they were raised.I am in process of getting transcripts. But I know that Is another avenue to follow through legal commissioner. The judge was not happy with me and due to that in that pressure I pretty much agreed to everything they were seeking. Some of those clauses are not child focussed and was pushed through by the other side especially overnight stay and judge ordered it . The other party had been sending repetitive emails that I threatened my ex partner without even giving any dates,time or location and continue to do so and I have had enough as it has effected me great time.Last time they sent me an email saying that they have read the evidence my ex has shown her and have asked my ex to call police on me. I sent them to give me evidence of that which they obviously cannot provide.There are other concerns as well that I want to raise as their conduct has been extremely unethical . I may be looking at opening my child matter again so will need someone ongoing too

I need a paralegal or lawyer to prepare/amend an affidavit for a stay application. It is an interlocutory application in the Federal Court seeking to prevent a government agency from implementing a Tribunal order to provide no disability support services. The stay application affidavit would need to be based on an occupational therapist report, and medical reports. About 70% of the affidavit has already been drafted (by me) and I need someone with legal expertise to ensure it is appropriate, relevant, and persuasive. The affidavit for the stay application must demonstrate risks of irreversible harm if the decision is not stayed, and that the balance of convenience favours a stay being granted.
