NON-SLIP & BASE GRIP Step G: Non-slip Surface Apply grip tape or rubber mat on top surface Step H: Base Grip Fix rubber strip under the front edge (ground side) Optional: add rubber feet FINISHING & SAFETY CHECK ☐ Sand sharp edges ☐ Ensure no screw heads protruding ☐ Test ramp for wobble ☐ Paint edges yellow/black for visibility (optional) ☐ Load test with trolley before use EXPECTED LOAD CAPACITY Approx 100–300kg

We’re currently working with a private certifier to obtain our Construction Certificate (CC) so we can proceed with the build. The project already has DA approval, however our original architect is no longer available to assist us. The certifier has provided a checklist of required updates, which includes revisions to the architectural drawings, structural engineering, stormwater design, housing provision compliance, and a few other elements. I have all the documentation previously submitted to council and can share this to support the required updates, but need help with making the required changes to plans and obtaining further documents to obtain the CC.
