I need an experienced email deliverability specialist to properly configure my new Brevo SMTP account for maximum inbox placement. What I need done: Complete domain authentication in Brevo Correct SPF record DKIM setup and verification DMARC policy setup Any additional Brevo-specific records SMTP configuration for transactional + bulk sending Correct from-name, reply-to, and bounce handling setup Deliverability optimisation Warm-up IP/domain reputation checks Testing & proof - Provide Video showing Send test emails to major providers (Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo, Apple Mail, etc.) with successful inbox vs spam placement Confirm authentication is passing (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) Documentation Clear written summary of every DNS record added/changed Final Brevo SMTP credentials and settings Any ongoing maintenance recommendations Requirements Proven experience with Brevo / Sendinblue or similar ESPs (SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES) Solid understanding of email authentication protocols and real-world deliverability Brief examples of previous Brevo or ESP deliverability work Estimated time to complete I am not looking for a general “website guy” or someone who just “sets up SMTP credentials”. I need someone who understands inbox placement.
