I am running a macbok Pro (Tahoe 26.5) and have a NAS drive used to store files. There are a group of files on the NAS drive that I cannot delete. It seems to be permission related. I have trued changing their permission via MAC OS GetInfo but that doesn't work. I have also rued using the terminal to issue Unix commands to force a permission change or to force a delete but that doesn't seem to work either.

Hi There, I have been playing around with Claude Cowork and would like someone to walk me through getting web apps live (mostly for internal usage but also would like to see / discuss external usage). I would also like to discuss security. I would also like to discuss API keys and custom connections + using the MCP builder skill and what it can be used for. I am not looking for the basics (prompts, skills, connectors, etc) but a more in depth tutorial of how I can get the most out of Cowork while keeping security in mind (someone to blow my mind about the possibilities haha). I would like for it to be a screen sharing session so I can play around during the session. Finance understanding / background preferred.
