We have an existing Wordpress website for a 5 star holiday rental home currently listed on VRBO/Airbnb located on Bribie Island. Most of our bookings are now return/direct guests. I would like to update website that allows guests to see live calendar availability with discounted direct pricing. We do not need to take payment on website as prefer to approve booking first and I will invoice directly. Website was built some 3 years ago and sadly has been hacked a couple of times so I need something secure and trustworthy that I don't need to try and fix every other month. I can easily find my own way around the backend of things once setup, it's just the time to clean up existing website, get calendar and pricing connected and making sure it is secure that I require. Prefer local that is easily contactable during business hours and not via WhatsApp.

I have built a layout for a website design, it want the website to look identical to my layout. I have currently designed the home page and I expect to have approximately 4-5 smaller pages that branch off my home page, including services, team members page, contact us, Director bio etc. I am simply looking to guage the cost of developing this site. I don't need fancy animations, mainly just fading from page to page and perhaps an slow mo animation on the hero page. I have the Adobe Illustrator file if you need.

There is one beauty brand which is a startup so I require a whole lot of needs ***Website design with Shopify knowing how you can get a Shopify app for automatic preorders. Our Sunflower Foundation which is starting in a few weeks will be a page and it needs a toggle link so ppl can donate via PayPal. ***Social Media and all digital marketing so experience with SEO prefer beauty and to have an active interest in the beauty community. We would require 5 posts a week. This is on instagram. *** fast worker and able to communicate through the whole process, and not get annoyed if I want last minute changes so a chill person very experienced. I am in Perth. So if possible you could come here as we design it as it’s much faster it would be better to visit rather than come here as we have lots of kids:)) This is a startup I will be new to most concepts however I will work to design with you. Please be patient with me lol. I need this done in the next week. IT Expert Needed – Complete New Business Setup I’m launching a new business and need an experienced IT/digital person to meet with me in person in Western Sydney and sit down with me to complete the entire setup.
