We are looking for someone with strong hands-on Simpro experience to help us review, clean up and build out our Simpro system for a growing plumbing and maintenance business. This is not just basic data entry. We want someone who understands Simpro and can help us make better use of the system. Initially we need help with: * Reviewing our current Simpro setup * Building/improving job workflows and statuses * Service/maintenance vs project workflows * Quote tracking and follow-ups * Job tracking from booking through to completion * Improving our invoicing workflow * Tracking jobs that are completed but not invoiced * Purchase orders and material tracking * Setting up useful reports and dashboards * Tracking labour, job profitability and WIP * Identifying jobs/quotes that are sitting or missing information * Creating simple processes/SOPs for our admin and field team * General Simpro optimisation and clean-up Ongoing opportunity For the right person, we would also be interested in ongoing remote support to help monitor: * Jobs and workflow * Quotes outstanding * Jobs ready for invoicing * Missing job information * Variations * Purchase orders * WIP * Weekly/monthly reporting * General Simpro administration We already use Simpro daily and have an admin team. Hi, I’m looking for quotes on the same specs or similar as the Geekom A8 mini with ryzen chip and 32gb RAM DDR5 and upgradable to antleast 64gb but possibly 128gb and 2tb ssd. And the other specs and as tiny as possible. With that lovely silver metal casing. I need it for a home music studio where my compositions are getting more and more complicated. So anything you know about this would be great too. I need a few usb cs and a’s also I think. I’m using an Akai mpk mini 4 and a Scarlett focusrite studio interface 2i2. I’m also using ableton live 12 (standard) and a host of instrument software and plugins. Just purchased presonus eris 3.5 studio monitor speakers as well. Probably need HDMI port as I’ve got an old Sony tv as a monitor. Unless I upgrade that too and make it wireless. Thank you, I live at Croydon Park
