I am looking for someone who is recently graduate from Uni or freshly started his/her IT career a few years. Because I have a limited budget for this task. In summary, I require personal IT support. Initially there are few major tasks including setting up a new laptop, Set up direct access for One Drive, Security Control Access management, Sharepoint, Cloud Admin and general IT support. (This will be paid by agreed lump sum) I am happy to look into ongoing maintenance and IT support service to my setup and sharepoint/cloud system. (This will be paid to agreed arrangement, expecting generally $80/hr. It could be ad hoc advice and accumulated to a chargeable rate) I need someone who is proven to be competent, responsive and responsible for the work. Someone is happy to help and develop a working relationship. This work can be done remotely with TeamViewer, Whatsapp, Teams or other communication tool. This work suits someone who has a full time job and wants to spend some time to get extra income. Please provide credentials, certifications, proven work experience and identity. The work will involve company data, personal data, copy rights and other legals. So your identity, declarations and credentials will be checked prior to commencement.

Description: Small office in Tweed Heads requiring an experienced IT/telecommunications technician to complete the following: Scope of Work: • Install and configure 4 x VoIP desk phones (phones already onsite) • Supply a suitable NBN-compatible router (router cost will be reimbursed – receipt required) • Configure router for NBN connection • Ensure phones register correctly and are fully operational • Test inbound and outbound calls Important: An Open Cabling Licence is strongly preferred, in case patching is required from the MDF to the NBN wall socket.
