Hi there, I am parting ways with a current business partner and they have all of our IT systems under their control. As part of the buyout, all of these will be transferred to me. I need an independent IT consultant to assist move things across. Includes Outlook 365 accounts, Google Drive accounts, other email accounts, systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack etc. I would like someone based in Melbourne to come to our office to chat through this.

I have a Lenovo think pad t14s which is out of warranty. I accidentally charged it with a MacBook charger one night before bed, left it on my desk, and when I attempted to turn it on the next day, the screen would no longer show anything on the display, put the power button lights up. I have called Lenovo for technical support but they weren’t able to offer much insight. I also tried to do a hard reset several times (including using the keyhole button on the bottom of the computer) but this has not resolved the issue. I’d just like someone to diagnose what’s going on so I can decide if it’s worth paying to repair or not.

I recently acquired an Xbox kiosk that needs some love. I’ve been filming the process for our YouTube channel on After Hours MTG. The Xbox inside is unable to read discs currently, it pops up with an error message with Xbox games and cds. I also have my childhood Xbox that’s stopped booting. It used to boot for a second and hard shut down, now it’s stopped even powering on at all. Would be keen to feature your services on the video if you’d be happy to receive a shoutout also!

We changed to FTTP a year ago. Since then, we have changed service providers multiple times. We have a Deco mesh system, and it seems that this is the issue. When testing the speed, it is fine near the NBN box, but the speeds when relying on the mesh system are very slow in the rest of the house. We think it's not set up correctly, but we're not technically savvy. Assuming might be a quick fix for someone in the know.
