**Fractional IT Manager (Hourly, Ongoing)** We're looking for an experienced IT professional to become our go to technology partner on an hourly basis. This isn't a full time managed IT role. Looking for someone familiar with Evolis card printers and card-feed mechanisms to diagnose, run a cleaning cycle, or repair (if needed) the ID card printer that we use at work to print out the badges for our trainees and workers. - Printer won't take the cleaning card or T-card into the machine whenever I start the cleaning cycle. I have already tried restarting and updating the firmware but still no luck - All the button indicators work, and the rollers appear to be correctly installed. -I have a compatible Inkstation cleaning kit (ACL002) available, with remaining cleaning cards that can be used during the troubleshooting and repair process.

Home office laptop (HP) was disconnected from docking station (Targus) (for multi screens) and HDMI connection used for a presentation elsewhere. When reconnected the Laptop/USB C port is not recognised by the docking station so have lost multi screens. Hardware configuration checked and ok (as previous), Have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers and bus controllers without success. No obvious damage to port or cords.
