Home details: • 3 bedroom • 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite • Open-plan living & dining • Family home — kept tidy day-to-day so cleaning time can focus on proper cleaning, not picking up ⸻ What we’re looking for Someone who: • Is punctual and consistent • Enjoys detailed cleaning (corners, grout, buildup, dust) • Maintains a consistent standard each visit • Takes pride in doing things properly rather than rushing We’re not looking for a quick surface clean — thoroughness and reliability matter to us. ⸻ Cleaning preferences • Low-tox / gentle products preferred where possible • Happy for occasional stronger products where needed (showers, buildup etc.) ⸻ Schedule Fortnightly ongoing Thursdays ideal ⸻ First visit We’d like to begin with a longer/deeper initial clean to properly reset the home, then move into maintenance cleans. ⸻ When replying please include: • Total price for the initial deep clean + estimated hours • Ongoing fortnightly rate + typical hours • What is included in each visit • Whether you bring equipment/products • Any exclusions Please allow enough time to complete the job to a good standard rather than quoting for a quick pass.
