Looking for an end of lease cleaner. It will be a full comprehensive clean that meets the standard of end of lease condition reports. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Oven and oven top and fridge have already been done. bathrooms, floors, internal windows, skirting boards, cupboards (inside & out), and general surfaces. Please let me know if carpet steam cleaning is included or priced separately. Property will be empty at time of clean. I need an experienced, detailed, creative, thorough and careful cleaner / housekeeper who will do deep cleaning and organizing tasks around the house which I have been procrastinating: - Deep clean 2 x inside bins - Remove outside furniture seat and back cushions (x 8), wash, and iron. Remove any mold - Deep clean outside furniture (2 seats, 1 sofa, bar table and 2 x bar stools, coffee table, 2 x ceramic seats) - Empty beans from 2 x bean bag seats - Wash the bean bag covers, in a wya that removes dog pee smell - Deep clean 2 x outside wheelie bins - Deep clean oven, and oven trays (2 trays + 2 wire racks) - Deep clean dishwasher - Deep clean kitchen skirting boards - Deep clean 2 bedroom ceiling fans - Deep clean home gym, removing pee stains from the bottom of home gym equipment and some of the gym equipment - Clean the skirting boards in living room You can hopefully see why we need creativity - mainly the dog pee, and getting in those hard to reach places to make sure everything is clean. Ideally, you will need to have your own cleaning products which can deal with all of the above (dog pee, mold, wheelie bin stench etc). If not, you will need to let me know exactly what you need. I aslo need you to be independent, proactive, and care about the task at hand. This means a lot to our family. I will be allocating 6-8 hours for this job, but happy to extend by half a day or one day if you don't think you can achieve this in 6-8 hours.
