Replace rotted timber step boards – front of house (2 steps) Description I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or skilled handyperson to replace three timber step boards at the front entrance of my house. Some of the existing timber has rotted and needs to be removed and replaced. The underlying structure appears sound, but this should be checked on site. Scope of work: • Remove existing damaged/rotted step boards • Supply and install new treated timber suitable for outdoor use (e.g. pine) • Ensure steps are safe, level, and securely fixed • Dispose of old materials • Finish to a neat, professional standard (including weatherproof seal on new boards) Details: • Front entry steps ( 2 steps total with three boards) • Timber steps • House is residential and easily accessible • Flexible on timing, but would like it done soon Requirements: • Experience with outdoor timber repairs • Own tools • Ability to supply materials • Must comply with basic safety standards Please include: • Your experience with similar jobs • Whether your quote includes materials and labour • Your availability • Any questions or recommendations after reviewing the job Happy to provide photos or arrange an on-site quote if needed.

Need to fill a small gap in existing floorboards with new floorboards cut to size. Approx. area 0.5m by 1m. Trim existing floorboards, remove any existing glue on concrete, cut and install new engineered floorboards which I will supply, glue new floorboards to concrete to neatly match existing floorboards using tongue and groove if possible. I will provide the glue. Prefer job done by someone with experience in laying similar engineered floor boards. Need to bring own tools for job.
