I have an open hallway entrance in a brick wall that I want to close off with a standard internal hinged door. The opening width is 930mm and ceiling height is 2400mm. I will supply the pre-hung door and the handle/ latch. The job will involve installing the timber door frame (jamb) into the brick opening, hanging the door, fitting the supplied handle and latch, and installing architraves on both sides of the doorway. Opening is currently just a hallway with no door frame. Please quote for labour and any installation materials. Photos of the opening are attached

Floor Sanding & Refinishing Area: Approx. 45 sqm Job Details: Looking for an experienced floor sander to complete sanding and refinishing of timber floors. Scope of works includes: Punching down nails Filling nail recesses Filling gaps between ALL floorboards using a sawdust-mixed filler. That means running over the entire 45sqm with filler, not just particular spots. Some new timbers have been installed so cut in. Final sand, refinish and buff Finish: Matte natural finish – product will be supplied on site. Section: Kitchen and small laundry Additional Notes: I have already sanded the floors, however I wasn’t happy with the condition of the floorboards in the kitchen and laundry, so most of these have been replaced. As a result, the old finish is largely removed. Rest of the house is already done. No furniture is in place. The task is to mount 2 brackets (a security camera and small solar panel) onto the timber eave (under gutter) of a single storey house. 2 screws for each mount. Very straightforward, but you need to be able to climb a ladder to do the job. About 2.5 mtrs off the ground. I have an a frame ladder on site - see photo. But if you had a taller ladder that you can bring it would be safer / easier to do the job. No other tools required.
