Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter / handyman to build an internal wall to close an existing opening and divide one open space into two separate rooms. Wall size: • Width: 2.4m • Height: 2.12m The wall will be built where there is currently an open divider between two rooms (see attached photo). This is an internal, non-load-bearing wall. There is a slight difference in floor height(about 5cm)between the two spaces. There is approximately a 20 cm wide timber flooring strip on the floor between them, while the rest of the area is carpeted as shown in the picture. Scope: • Frame + plasterboard both sides • Basic finishing ready for painting • Materials to be supplied by you (or advise) Happy to arrange a site visit before confirming the quote.
