Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to finish the front of an existing concrete outdoor kitchen using vertical slatted Ecodeck/composite timber, based on the attached design.Pics included of current state + the design. The concrete kitchen structure is already built. The job is primarily framing, installing the slatted finish/doors and installing internal shelving. Kitchen layout: (measurements are roughly correct, not 100% - Left section is approx. 1.3m wide: slatted doors/front. Internally divide vertically into two sections. Left half remains available for existing sink plumbing; right half to have 2 horizontal storage shelves. - Middle section is approx. 0.9m wide: BBQ is above, recessed into the concrete. Below, divide into 2 sections - one for the gas bottle and one for storage with shelving. - Right section is approx. 1.4m wide: double-door outdoor fridge will occupy almost the full height + width. No slatted doors in front of the fridge - Ecodeck/slatted finish is only required around the fridge to create a neat integrated appearance. The slatted Ecodeck needs to sit in front of the existing concrete structure, rather than inside/recessed within the concrete openings. Doors need to open properly and have suitable outdoor hinges/frame/support. Important – surrounding tiles: The crazy paving is already finished, and there is currently an uneven gap between the paving and the concrete kitchen. The new Ecodeck frontage therefore needs to be installed as close/neatly to the existing paving as practical, with minimal visible gap, while still allowing the doors to open freely. Open to thoughts on existing paving and it needing to be cut to a straighter line Looking for a clean, professional finish with consistent vertical slat spacing, straight lines and neat integration with the existing concrete. Please quote for labour and advise what materials/fixings/framing you recommend. I can purchase the Ecodeck/materials once quantities are confirmed.

I'm looking for a quality finish at a reasonable price and would prefer someone who can complete the entire job, including preparation and materials. 1. Internal solid plastering I have three internal brick walls that need to be solid plastered to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting. * **Wall 1:** 6 m wide × 2.9 m high (17.4 m²). * **Wall 2:** 8 m wide × 2.9 m high (23.2 m²), with three large door openings. * **Wall 3:** 6 m wide × 2.9 m high (17.4 m²), with a large double-door opening and a large window. The total gross wall area is approximately 58 m² before deducting door and window openings. The work includes preparing the brickwork, applying suitable plaster, finishing the surfaces smoothly and making good around all door and window openings. 2. External rendering I also need the following external brick walls rendered: * **Wall 1:** The external side of the 8 m × 2.9 m wall listed above, with three large door openings. * **Bathroom wall 1:** 3.6 m × 2.1 m, with a door and window. * **Bathroom wall 2:** 3 m × 2.1 m, with a large window. The remaining bathroom wall does not require rendering. The external brickwork is currently painted, so the existing paint will need to be removed or appropriately prepared before rendering. Please advise on the most suitable method for the brickwork and include this preparation in your quote. 3. Materials and requirements Please specify whether your quote includes: * All plastering and rendering materials. * Labour and equipment. * Preparation of existing brickwork. * Paint removal and surface preparation. * Finishing around door and window openings. * Site protection and cleanup. * Any additional costs or exclusions. Please provide a price for the complete job, ideally with internal plastering, external rendering and paint removal itemised separately. I'm happy to arrange a site inspection before confirming the final price. Thank you.

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced tradie to supply and install a level support base for outdoor kitchen. Job details: * Outdoor kitchen approximately 2.8 metres long. * Existing surface is concrete. * The concrete sits approximately 80–120 mm below the adjacent patio level. It goes from 80 to 120mm left to right. * The kitchen needs to sit level to patio to accommodate the cabinetry, BBQ, fridge and heavy benchtop. * The height varies along the length, so the base will need to compensate for the uneven level. Work required: * Inspect and measure the existing concrete surface. * Recommend a suitable cost effective support solution, such as a custom galvanised steel frame or masonry plinth. * Supply and install a stable, level base suitable for the kitchen’s loaded weight. * Ensure the finished installation allows for appropriate drainage, ventilation and access to the fridge and cabinetry. I’m open to recommendations on the best approach most affordable approach and would prefer a neat, durable finish. Please provide an approximate installed price and advise when you could complete the work. Photos and product specifications are available.
