I’m self-managing a whole-home renovation in Thomastown (floor plan already completed by my building draftsman) and need a joinery draftsperson to produce precise, manufacture-ready technical drawings for custom cabinetry. This is a drafting-only engagement — I am sourcing and manufacturing the joinery overseas, not through a local cabinetmaker, so I need documentation precise enough to hand directly to an overseas manufacturer. • 2 built-in robes (BIRs) • 2 walk-in robes (WIRs) • 2 kitchens • 1 walk-in pantry • 3 bathroom areas (vanities/joinery) • Laundry Deliverables required: • 2D joinery drawings (plan, elevation, and section views) • 3D renders • Exact dimensions: length, width, depth, panel thickness, and installation tolerances • Material specifications: timber types, MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, finish/colour schedules • Hardware integration: exact locations and models for hinges, handles, drawer runners, locks, integrated LED channels • Construction methods: detailed cross-sections showing joint types (dovetail, dowel, mitre), carcass assembly, and wall-fixing attachments Important: Measurements must be precise — this joinery is being manufactured overseas and shipped, so there’s no opportunity for on-site adjustment. Floor plan has been completed by a draftsman. Not sure how much this usually costs so will consider all offers

I have an open pantry space in my kitchen that needs to be fitted out with shelving and doors. Scope: ▪️Two narrow panels fitted to the sides of the existing kitchen cabinetry, for the doors to hang from. ▪️Doors to match existing IKEA melamine doors in the kitchen (confirmed a match is available). ▪️Fixed shelving mounted to the back wall with appropriate support underneath to hold the weight of glass jars, tins, and pantry items. Material open to the tradesperson's recommendation, doesn't need to match the IKEA melamine, but if it isn't melamine it will need to be painted white. ◾️Perforated copper inlay detail, will discuss placement and finish on site. ◾️No cabinet box needed, this is a simpler build attached directly to the space. Approximate Measurements: 238cm height, 74cm (opening) - 170cm (back) width, 58cm depth Details: ▪️Materials to be sourced and quoted by the tradesperson. ▪️Measurement to be confirmed on site before the job is priced. ▪️Budget shown is a rough guide only, final quote after inspection. Needed by end of September. Comparing quotes from more than one tradesperson before confirming, will go with whichever fits best for the job. Photos attached.

I am looking to hire a wood worker for a wooden box/treasure chest gift for my husband for our anniversary. My husband has a collection of decks of cards (he is into magic and poker) and has about 40 decks of cards, currebtly sitting in an old shoe box. I want to replace my divider wall wooden tops with pine tops. Just need someone to cut the wood, I can fit myself. I am happy to deliver the wood and templates to you if needed and pick up when completed. Need someone to cut a provided length of pine into 3 pieces and bullnose/round the edges.
