**Price Negotiable** I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or woodworker to make 18 timber blocks. Each block must be: • 41.5cm (W) × 40.5cm (H) × 10cm (D) • 25mm round-over radius on the front and side edges (smooth curve, not chamfered) • Back face completely flat • Bottom completely flat (load-bearing) • All blocks identical in height and square • Sanded smooth and ready for finishing These will be used as structural supports for a bed base, so accuracy and consistency are important. I can: • Provide the timber materials • Deliver materials to you • Pick up completed blocks • Dispose of any scrap/offcuts Please only apply if you have experience achieving clean, even curved edges using appropriate tools (router, round-over bit, etc.). Open to offers — please confirm experience and timeline. Images below refer to the shape of the block required.

I’d like to have a dishwasher installed into my kitchen and need to remove a cabinet to make space for it. The cabinet to be removed has the following approximate measurements: Length: 670mm Depth: 560mm Height: 860mm (to the tiled floor) / 700mm (to the cupboard base) There is some additional space in the corner that I’d like to retain, so the adjacent cabinet may also need to be extended. I have not purchased the dishwasher yet but it will be a standard size for under-bench (not integrated).

Our kitchen cabinetry under the sink houses a hot water tank. The tank developed a slow leak, which unfortunately went unnoticed until our neighbours advised us that water was leaking into the unit below. The leak has now been fully repaired, however the bottom/base of the cabinet has sustained water damage and is likely rotten. We are looking for a suitably skilled person (cabinet maker / carpenter / handyman / plumber + carpenter combo) to: • Temporarily remove the hot water tank to allow access • Remove and replace the damaged bottom cabinetry/flooring only • Reinstall the hot water tank once repairs are complete The cabinet doors and upper cabinetry are in good condition and do not need replacing — it’s just the base/floor panel inside the cabinet.

Looking for an experienced, insured carpenter or builder to rebuild an external staircase using timber stringers and timber/composite treads, similar to modern architectural stair designs. Scope of work: Remove and dispose of existing external staircase and rusty steal stringer. Construct new structural timber stringers (engineered timber / hardwood) Install new timber or composite stair treads Ensure stairs are exterior-rated, code compliant, and properly fixed to the structure First photo is current state, second is what I want. Balustrade NOT included and will be installed separately. Please only respond if you have experience building structural timber staircases.
