Five damaged hopscotch style timber casement windows (sashes) require repair. Four are chewed beading. New beading needs to match existing. The fifth is a little more of a mess. Happy to suggest filler on it as the window doesn’t take much impact but open to other suggestions. The windows are about 12 years old. Can drop off / pick up in Brisbane. Painting not required.

Build a small timber base to create a level platform for installing an IKEA wardrobe on an uneven timber floor in a small 1890s cottage. The floor slopes slightly with approximately 60mm height difference across the room, so the base will need to be shimmed/packed to level (similar job already completed successfully in the master bedroom). Details: Second bedroom installation Ground floor access Street parking available Room will be cleared prior to arrival Propose $150 including materials (base likely made from treated pine plank offcuts). Should be a quick job (around 1 hour) for someone experienced with basic carpentry / levelling.

Specs enclosed. Made out of any wood, I don't really care. Please quote how much if I wanted it varnished or painted (blue-grey). The thickness of the edges (between the internal and the external sides) is up to you so long as its not too thick or too thin - anywhere between 1.5-3cm is fine. I just want the end product, you will have to source the materials. If you could bevel/fillet the outside edges as well. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, it just needs to be functional.
