Remodel an empty alcove space. Involves removal of the existing horizontal drywall/gyprock beam; patching up . Line the entire newly opened internal back walls of the alcove with high-gloss marble-patterned panels to achieve the continuous stone-backdrop look. Supply and install a custom, floor-mounted corner cabinet unit with fluted (ribbed) timber timber-look doors and gold/brass handles. Install a matching marble look composite countertop on top of the cabinet base. Supply and install a concealed warm LED strip light at the very top of the alcove to wash light down the marble wall. Plaster, sand, and paint the surrounding external bulkhead and walls to match the existing white paint perfectly. Securely install ceiling mounts/hooks at the top of the recess to hang the bells.

Help Needed to Complete Backroom Renovation I need an experienced handyman or carpenter to help finish an outside backroom renovation that I no longer have time to complete. Scope of Work: Architrave Removal: Remove existing architraves across the room to prepare for full-height wall installations. Plasterboard / Gyprock Installation: Install floor-to-ceiling gyprock on Wall 1 and Wall 3 (Gyprock is already supplied). Cladding Removal & Installation: * Remove existing cladding from Wall 2. Install new cladding on Wall 2 and Wall 4 (New cladding is already supplied). Materials & Tools: Supplied: Gyprock sheets and new wall cladding are already on-site. Overboarding Ceilings & Install Cornices Looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to provide advice and quote on ceiling repairs in a Federation semi in Sydney. **PLEASE NOTE: CEILINGS ONLY. No wall overboarding is required.** The aim is to repair deteriorated ceilings and achieve a clean, paint-ready finish while retaining original Federation features wherever possible. **Important** Only **one bedroom ceiling has an area of damaged plaster**. The other ceilings are generally sound but have staining, cracking and peeling paint. I have a 1974 Mercedes 450SL. It is in the original "Red Metallic" acrylic paint (571M). The paint has not faded because it was resprayed about 10+ years ago and garaged. I would like to get rectification work, not a total respray as 95% of the vehicle is excellent. There are around 8 areas that require attention, 1 x flaking paint, 5 x small thumb-sized dents, 2 x chipping. Needs to be finished in a 2k clear coat. You can inspect and quote your own price if you are interested. You need to be a professional spray painter and have your own workshop. I can drop the car off. I also want the underside of the front bonnet sprayed, so this area would be an excellent place to check your colour matching if you need to. The vehicle is currently getting some transmission work done. It should be available to start in a fortnight. I am based in Melbourne, so a Victorian location would be best.

Aluminium blades must NOT be media blasted — chemical stripping only. Strip powder coat from 2 steel housing sets; steel housings may be media blasted or chemically stripped. No repainting required. Parts will be delivered to the tradesperson's workshop. Please confirm availability, lead time, estimated cost for chemical stripping (specify whether chemical-only or blasting for housings), and any collection requirements if needed.

Looking for an experienced handyman to repair and tidy the wall around 5 existing power points in an older house. The power points are working, however an electrician has advised that the wall/plaster around some of them is crumbling, which is causing the outlets to pull away from the wall. Tasks include: Remove loose or damaged plaster around power points Fill and repair damaged areas Rebuild and strengthen wall surface around outlets where required Sand smooth and make paint-ready Ensure power points can sit neatly and securely against the wall once repaired General tidy-up of surrounding wall finish No electrical work is required.
