Clean of 4 bedroom house for my father, very minimal mess. Ongoing for the right person and price. It is a monthly (and could turn into every 3 weeks) clean so needs to be thorough. Tasks needed for this clean: - dust and vacuum one living area and 4 bedrooms (only one bedroom is actually used). There’s 3 bedrooms with mirrored cupboards and an extra room which is an office and requires a wipe down and floors only. There are two bathrooms. One is an ensuite and the other guest bathroom that doesn't get used very often. The main shower doesn’t get used. The main area has a kitchen and living space only. Open plan home and a glass sliding door. I am looking for a regular cleaner to be able to treat this house as their own. For example, if there is a week where there are a little bit of dishes, I would like that done. I have a dishwasher so a lot of the time the dishes can just be put in there. I have had regular cleaners each fortnight so the house is well kept. However they have been constantly rescheduling which is why I have to find someone else. I would prefer cleaning on Fridays but I can also do Thursdays if needed.
