What do TV Repairs and Installation services include?

Qualified repairers only plz. Model is 55UB850T LG 55 inch smart tv. TV was working fine and then all of a sudden remote stopped working so I contacted LG and they said the remote needs to changed so I ordered a new remote from an authorised LG dealer. That doesnt work either. Tried to register and deregister nothing works. somehow managed to use the joy stick on the tv to return the tv to factory setting and now the tv is stuck on press Ok on the remote screen and the tv is not recognising the remote. tried unplugging and all of the trouble shoot, tried the older controller. nothings working.
