What do television repair services include?

My+- 8 year old lg 65" ultra hd smart tv turns on and has sound but no picture. Tried 60 second power cycle, removing hdmi cables and reset using power button on controller. Tv comes on with dark grey screen and when you turn it off a single white line goes across the screen then off.

I have a LG 60 inch LCD tv bought in 2014, model no 60 LB6500. It operated perfectly until 1 week ago, when it went on the blink, literally. LG 42LN5710 TV screen is blank when turned on. It has sound and when I shine my bike light on the screen, I can see a dull picture of the show that is being broadcast. I've tried adjusting the picture settings; brightness and backlighting, without luck. I believe it's a backlighting issue.
