New 32" television and new bracket need to be affixed to double brick wall

I've attached the wall bracket on the wall, I can't attach the bracket on the back of 35" Samsung tv. I'm looking for someone to complete the job.

two storey house requiring replacement of existing coaxial cable and CCTV cameras with IP CCTV cameras. Scope of works is as follows: supply and install cat 6 cabling including terminations to 4x CCTV locations (2x upper level 2x ground level) ~ 20m each run. Supply and install new 4x rj45 data outlet plate on wall. supply and install double socket-outet on wall ( connect to existing outlet within same wall cavity.) install 4x IP CCTV cameras ( as per locations above). cameras are supplied already. Supply and install 1x cat 6 data cable from upper level down to lower level for security monitor. Install supplied monitor onto wall. configuration and patching of cameras.

BEDROOM WALL, 58 INCH tv set

Samsung TV trying to setup 5 speakers surround. All but 2 (rear surround) work. Tried online Dolby test. In TV test all speakers work. Baffled. Need this solved please.

Not connecting to channels

I have the atenna cable except for the figure 8 cable which is missing if you can bring one with you or purchase one from jay car it is $7.95, I have included my Airtasker budget with this cost. I also need help setting up my mums washing machine so that the water can go in the machine. And my mum also wants her nice small vanity mirror hung up on the wall need to drill a hole and screw then hang up. Need done anytime after 12pm today at Westmead. Thank you
