Needing a tradesperson who can remove a brick fireplace surround and mantel from living room wall and plasterboard the wall and install floor skirting trim. There is no longer a fireplace in there. Need help to optimise my Sonos speakers in particular Sonos sub

We need . Large, heavy mirror which has D rings on the back 1 artwork TV Full motion bracket which we will supply mounted. TV is 65" Hisense model. Walls are plasterboard and wood studs. I’m looking for someone experienced with Sonos systems, Apple TV and LG TVs to troubleshoot and fix an audio setup at a short-term rental property in Balgowlah. Current issue: * Sonos soundbar is connected to the TV via optical cable. * The soundbar powers on (white status light). * The TV is set to Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out (Optical). * When watching Apple TV, the sound only comes through the TV speakers, not the Sonos soundbar. * The optical cable appears to be working (red light is visible when unplugged). * The Sonos app cannot find the speaker on the Guest WiFi network. * The app suggests updating the network settings, but it cannot detect any Sonos products. * Apple TV also only shows the TV speakers as the available audio output. What I need: * Diagnose the issue. * Connect the Sonos soundbar to the correct WiFi network if required. * Ensure the Sonos app can detect and control the system. * Configure the TV and Apple TV so all audio plays through the Sonos soundbar. * Test that everything is working before leaving.

I have a data projector screen (manual pull down screen) that I want to mount into the ceiling of my unit. The screen measurement is around 2mts. The ceiling is gyprock that's why I want to make sure is done properly so it's stable and it doesn't end up falling when pulling it down.

We need support hanging our 55 inch TV on our wall - likely solid brick. We have the mount with instructions etc. We’d also like to mount our acoustic guitar. We have a guitar hook as well for it to be put on the wall. Tools are required.
