43 inch tv needs mounted to wall

Hello, We are looking for an experienced handyman, AV installer, or joiner to gain access to the back of a large digital advertising screen at our retail store, in Ellenbrook. The Issue: A large vertical advertising screen in our store is offline due to a "Player Error". To fix this, our IT team needs to physically access the TV setup box and power cables located behind the screen. The problem is that the screen is built into a custom floor-to-ceiling black pillar and is completely inaccessible. We have been unable to slide or pull the screen out. It seems to be on a mounting rack, but it is stuck fast and will not budge. The release mechanism may be jammed/inaccessible, or the internal cables may be snagged. The Job: The ultimate goal is to gain access to the equipment behind the screen. There are two potential paths to success: 1. Investigate and Release (Preferred Method): Assess the mounting system and find a way to safely release and slide the screen out without damage. This may require specialized tools or knowledge of commercial display mounts. 2. Create an Access Panel (If Method 1 Fails): If the screen cannot be removed non-destructively, the task will be to carefully cut a neat, square access panel in the rear of the black casing. The cut must be clean and professional, large enough to reach the power cables and media player inside. Please note: Your job is to create access. You are not required to perform the IT fix itself. Requirements: - You MUST have experience with commercial AV installations, digital signage, or custom joinery. - You must have your own tools. - Must be able to work carefully within retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required.
