have a ezymount TV bracket installed on the wall from the previous owner. I recently moved in here and want to mount my own tv on the bracket

I need an LG TV Repaired that seems like it gets no power. I'm unsure but it seems there should be a light that displays to say it's on before connectivity but that doesn't even turn on. Even after this, it only has a black screen and doesn't show any signs of audio as I found. Model is 49LF6300. If someone is able to quote for repair, that would be great. I have an old TV aerial wall socket that uses screw terminals (labelled "screen" and a second terminal) with what looks like a small matching transformer board attached, rather than a modern coax connector. I need this converted/rewired to a standard modern coax TV point (Belling-Lee/PAL or F-connector) so I can connect a current TV. The existing cable coming through the wall appears to be old coax — no new cable run should be needed, just correct termination onto a new wall plate. I wfh on monday, Wednesday or Friday. So the task would need to be completed on one of these days or the wknd please.

Hi, I need a handyman to remove a second TV wall bracket that I can’t get off (I don’t have a drill and unable to loosen with tools) After removal, I need the wall patched & fill the holes, sand smooth, and make it tidy for a new tenant. Location is Rockdale. Anytime Monday13th, Tuesday 14th or Wednesday 15th July this week. Photos attached for reference.

Adding a bit more detail to the job. We have an existing 5 camera set CCTV set up in small shop space. Running off a VIP Vision NVR8PRO7. Cameras are Dahua turret cameras. 1. One camera has stopped transmitting. So need someone to check the configuration set up on the NVR etc . If it turns out to be a camera hardware issue we will just need it configured ready for a new camera to be plugged in (obtaining and installing the new camera not part of this job). 2. A new camera needs to be installed. Need a small hole drilled through plasterboard alongside the airconditioner (see photo showing white and orange wall) similar to what has been done to Sensibo aircon controller as shown on the picture. Cat cable can be run directly from that wall to the NVR (approx distance only 2-3 metres). Note that the large number of blue cables into the switch in the photos is for our payment gateway machines (nothing to do with NVR/cameras). The NVR is the box sitting under the switch in those photos. So need someone with (i) ladder, (ii) hole drill and (iii) knowledge of CCTV systems that can hook up new camera (and work out what the issue is with camera not working). Would expect it might only take an hour to complete.
