However the issue was caused by a technical fault on the part of Foxtel - an issue that Eduardo J couldn't fix. However he liased with the Foxtel people to organise a visit from their technical staff to address the issue. The service we received from Eduardo J was first class; he conducted himself in a professional manner and made every effort to resolve the problem. He was courteous at all times and displayed an understanding of the problem that lead us to have ever confidence in his efforts to resolve the issue.
