we have a tv mounted but no antena... need an outlet installed

Supply and install 1x cat 6 data cable from upper level down to lower level for security monitor. Install supplied monitor onto wall. configuration and patching of cameras.

TV is not starting and keeps clicking. Looks like it might need some soldering work to be done.
