Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair minor roof damage on my 2018 VW Tiguan Allspace. While reversing out of the garage, the shark fin antenna came off, leaving some scratches on the roof. The antenna has been placed back but needs to be properly secured and sealed. I’d also like the scratches and dent repaired if possible. Photos attached. Looking for a simple, cost-effective repair. I need an 84-inch motorised projector screen securely mounted to the ceiling in a bedroom in Mango Hill. This should be a fairly straightforward installation. The screen is here, the supplied mounting brackets/hardware are ready to go, and there is already a power point installed on the ceiling right beside the intended mounting location, so no electrical work is required. The job is to: Mount and level the 84-inch motorised screen in the desired position Access the roof cavity via the existing manhole Reinforce/support the mounting points from inside the roof cavity so the screen is properly secured and not relying on plasterboard alone. The ceiling is standard plasterboard with good roof-cavity access. I will provide: 84-inch motorised projector screen Supplied screen brackets/mounting hardware Existing ceiling power point Installer to provide: Any timber/bracing required in the roof cavity Any additional appropriate screws/fasteners required for a secure installation Photos attached showing the installation location, ceiling power point and screen. Looking for someone experienced with handyman work, ceiling mounting or similar installations who can make sure it is properly reinforced and securely fitted.

Removal and decommissioning of the existing solar hot water system and redundant Foxtel satellite dish from the roof. All penetrations and fixing points are to be properly sealed and made weatherproof to prevent any potential water ingress or leaks. Please note that disposal of the removed equipment is excluded from the scope. The contractor is required to safely decommission the systems, remove the equipment from the roof, and place it at ground level for owner disposal. The property is a two-storey residence with a Colorbond roof. Appropriate access and safety measures will be required to complete the works.
