Install a back-to-back air conditioner on the first floor

Recently, the air cond does not operate well, especially in heating mode. The indoor coil temp is only 25-27 degree. So, a repairer has come to inspect it. He told that the system reported low pressure, diagnosis as refrigerant leak. He attempted to identify the leak area with nitrogen and bubble solution but no luck. He told me that he pumped out only 2kg refrigerant but it should have more than 7kg. Now, the pipe is still filled with nitrogen at 450psi, attempting to see the imbalance situation to occur. Even the leak cannot be identified at last, i would recharge 7.2kg of refrigerant to make it working again.

I bought a car of an auction site last year and aircon wasn’t working I paid for it to be regassed only for it to stop working 2 weeks later. After diagnostics the condenser needs replacing and then regassing. It’s a 2013 Holden Captiva Diesel
