Need evaporative cooling system checked and serviced. Moved into a new house but unable to get the house to cool efficiently. need an air con expert to come and help out and fix what needs fixing. Over heating issue. Two years old radiator. Radiator fans are working only when Air conditioner is running. When Air conditioner is running heating not going beyond maximum level. But the heating unit in the roof is not starting up. - To reset the heating unit in the roof, I turned off the electricity mains for a few minutes, and when I turned it back on, I could hear a flame-like sound coming from the unit in the roof, but it stopped after about a minute but the fan didn't start in the unit.
