Hi! I need an experienced technician to replace the existing air conditioner and install a new one with 2.6kW Inverter Split System Air Conditioner. The existing one is shown in the image.

Hi I am needing someone to remove 3 box air conditioners and do the patches on the walls- exterior and interior- the walls being concrete on the exterior and plaster and concrete on the inside- the holes will need to be filled and the walls painted. We are on the 3rd story of our unit complex- We have spilt systems being installed, ideally would be good to organise someone to come on the same day- as we will have the elevated work platform hired for the day. This is hopefully happening the week starting 25th of November- however if this date doesn’t suit but you could do this work, I’d be happy to arrange alternative dates. Hey my air conditioner shot out this black stuff when my tenant turned the air conditioner on..my apartment is another state to where I'm living so I can't check and I don't think my tenant is great with this stuff. It's in Cairns Australia, a very humid climate do you think it would be a build of gunk in the pipes running to the outside? Should I pay an air conditioner technician to check it out? I would bet it’s not black mold. It’s probably dirt built up on the blower wheel that broke loose. Just have the unit serviced. Duct cleaning is almost never necessary. It’s a money maker for the duct cleaning companies though. Just have the AC tech check them and send you photos. Mouse poo; it happens; get someone you trust with a tiny bit of common sense that can inspect the air handler and ducts for damage and cleanliness to make recommendations; ductwork don’t last forever nor does new ductwork keep out critters!
