We recently had our Brivis unit replaced as it had broken. The technician didn’t reset the zoning configuration. We previously had four zones with two temperature sensors and two Brivis Networker wall controllers. At the moment, the main control panel isn’t linked to the zones, so we can’t select individual areas to cool — the system cools the entire house whenever it’s turned on. We just need the controller reconnected to the zoning setup so we can choose specific zones again. Need it completed asap as we have young children including a 5 month old so need this house cooler asap! Thanks

There are 3 units in total and they all heat and cool okay, but it has not been professionally serviced for a long time and need a service and clean to make it efficient.
