Sink tap: • Tap is slightly loose at the base — needs tightening from underneath the sink. 2. Dishwasher handle: • Handle has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. It’s a standard integrated dishwasher (nothing major, just needs proper tightening/fixing). 3. Mount large mirror (IKEA HOVET): • Mirror weighs around 20 kg and comes with two IKEA safety brackets (L-shaped pieces for anti-tip support). Need you to make it renter friendly so get it right the first time please • I’d like it mounted on the wall above a fuse box using proper wall anchors or a heavy-duty hanging method (e.g. French cleat or toggle bolts). • Wall is plasterboard — so I’ll need suitable heavy-duty fixings (please bring your own). • Happy for you to use the supplied brackets as safety restraints once it’s mounted. Tools / Materials: Please bring your own tools, anchors/screws, and wall plugs rated for 20 kg+.

Help hang / fix to a wall 8 or 9 pictures. And one heavy mirror. Without damaging the wall. I've included an example of a frame that needs to go up. The pictures are not super heavy. The mirror is heavy. But doesn't need to be hung. Just placed against the wall on the ground, and fixed in place. I can get my husband to help with carrying it. Or I can if he isn't around.

Hi Team, We require two set of hanging shelving as well as a two layers of floating shelves to be installed in the following locations of our cafe attached as shown. Needs 2 small shelves installed on a brick wall. The first holes were drilled fine. The second holes seem to be hitting a metal plate. I want to make sure I'm not hitting wiring or a pipe. This is a brick wall, i need someone confident in detecting studs and electrical cables begore drilling. Hang a heavy mirror on a wall in my apartment. We’re not sure if there is a stud on the wall. Mirror is: H: 133cm W: 103cm
