Filling render crack

There are different kinds of joint sealants in the market: acrylic, butyl, and silicone, among others. Once the surface preparation is done, the chosen render patching compound is then applied and filled within the expanded crack, repeatedly until the desired thickness is achieved. Your repairer may use a hawk and a trowel tool to level the surface with the existing render.

Drying and repainting
