There is some damage to the wall with the windows where there were bolts and trim attached. The section near the stairs is the largest where I want to straighten the edge where the plaster joins to the brick. The final section is where I have exposed the brick the corner where it meets the plastered wall is a little messy and I just want to clean it up.

I have 3 large holes I need to replaster, and fix a curtain rail fixed to the wall. The first is in the bathroom, a leak caused a large break in the cieling. I've cut around most the damaged area. The second and third are covering air cavities that are no longer required. See attached photos. The last is a few holes caused by replacing curtains. I'd like these holes repaired and the curtain rail hung.

Hello! We have got a hole in the external of our place. It’s not of massive concern as it’s just the plaster on the outside of the double brick. We think there may of been a crack, some water has got in and now it’s come away. We need someone to patch it please and make it look the same as the exterior. We can paint it so that’s not required.

Patch a tear in plaster, under eave on 2nd story. Tear is approximately 1" X 4" in size. Was a cable entry point.

See image. There is a 8cm diameter hole and x2 one centimetre diameter holes in the plaster wall left from removing the exhaust from an old heater. The wall has a timber frame. I have some spare plaster board that can be used to repair the big hole. I can obtain some 'Gyprock ultra top Topping coat if needed. I'd like a good quality finish to the repair so that it's invisible when I paint the wall. I'm not sure on the likely cost so I've offered $90 but we can negotiate this if it's a longer job than I anticipate.

The curtain rail has pulled a small bit of the plaster out of the wall. The plaster will need a strong patch to allow the curtain rail to be remounted on it. There is blown-in insulation in the wall which needs to remain in place. Job is to patch plaster and remount curtain rail.
