To hang approximately 12 paintings of various size onto timber stud gyprock walls

I need a variety of artwork and interesting eclectic pieces imaginatively hung in my home in Strathalbyn. Will probably take 8-10 hours. And moving some artwork from other rooms, so a bit of simple repair to walls also needed i.e. filling and painting over holes.

Hang 2–3 framed art prints on walls around the house. Install 3 bathroom hooks for hanging towels/clothes (similar to the IKEA BROGRUND stainless steel hooks). These will need to be mounted onto tiled walls. Inspect and hopefully repair/adjust an ensuite bathroom window that currently does not close properly. Ideally looking for someone who can complete all of the jobs in the same visit and has their own tools and appropriate wall fixings. Experience drilling/mounting onto bathroom tiles would be preferred. I can provide photos of the mounting locations, artwork, bathroom tiles and window if required. Flexible with timing. I have 6x framed items Id like securely hung in the walls of my apartment. 4x lightweight framed posters and 2x large and heavy framed sporting jerseys. My walls are concrete/brick so will require proper drilling and fixing and wiring to the back of the frames.

Looking for someone with the appropriate tools and experience to hang three pictures in my bedroom and a few more in the living room. I tried using a regular nail, but the wall was too hard. I need someone who can install them securely, neatly and with minimal damage, as this is a rental and the holes will need to be easily repaired when I move out. Please bring all necessary tools and drill bits. There is a bunnings a 10 min drive away, happy to reimburse for the suitable wall fixings if these need to be purchased.

Professionally hang art on the walls. Picture 1 - 1850mm x 1250mm (blue picture) - doesn’t have a picture wire at the moment and is quite large and heavy. Picture 2 - 1350mm x 1050mm (black and white picture) - to hang on wall with wooden cladding Picture 3 - 1200mm x 1200mm (grey picture) - this is tricky, to hang in between the wall lights above the stairs.
