I just purchased a 2 story house. The metal shutter blinds on the eastern side are stuck. One half way down the window, the other fully closed. There is a pully system inside the bedrooms that doesn't work. I don't want to use the blinds, just have them up so I can see out the window. If they can't be rolled up manually maybe neatly sliced off??? I would prefer to not to remove the whole box as the house is painted and it would be more of an eye sore! - Due date: Flexible

Which will hit the blind if the roller blind was not attached to an angulated piece of wood. The blind n eefs to be hung above a door. The footstool needs the feet attached but there are no holes in the underside of the stool to do that.
